Jim Lilly   

Managing Director

Jim has more than 35 years of healthcare investment banking experience. During his tenure he has assisted clients with mergers, acquisitions, exclusive sales and all aspects of capital raising from Series A Preferred Stock rounds to public high yield bonds. Jim focuses on physician organizations, alternate site providers, healthcare IT, Value Based Care, payers and payer services, and life science service organizations.

Jim has a tenured career in healthcare finance having held senior banking positions at Merrill Lynch, Piper Jaffray and KeyBanc Capital Markets. He was Head of Healthcare Investment Banking at Cowen and Jefferies, and more recently Co-Head of SI Capital, a multi-billion dollar family office.

Jim received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Hobart College and a Masters of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Cal Bibeau   

Associate

Macallan (“Cal”) has several years of investment banking experience and has been involved in numerous transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and debt and equity capital raises. Cal has primarily focused on healthcare services and medical technology sectors.

Prior to joining Aesop’s Neck Partners, Cal was an analyst for the healthcare investment banking team at England & Company. He also served as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Private Wealth Management group.

Cal received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Physics and Economics from Wake Forest University.

Colby Kittrell   

Managing Director

Colby has over 15 years of healthcare advisory experience primarily assisting clients on mergers, acquisitions and all aspects of capital raises. He has worked with companies across the healthcare landscape and focuses on physician organizations, alternative site providers, healthcare IT, Value Based Care, payers, and life sciences service organizations.

Most recently Colby was a senior investment banker at Cain Brothers, a division of KeyBank Capital Markets. His experience in healthcare finance also includes holding positions in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Jefferies and Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.

Colby received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Business Administration from the Simon School at the University of Rochester.
